Employment

The Onondaga County Re-entry Task Force wants to see you succeed. Reentry participants are encouraged to attend Ready Set Work! Participants may qualify for employment classes that we offer, both group and individual. We cover important topics such as career assessments, applications, interviews, legal issues and financial incentives, employer expectations, barriers/resources, and job searching. In addition, we are consistently reaching out to potential employers in the community educating them on the benefits of hiring the formally incarcerated.
